Dishwashers have become very popular today and
affordable for many families because they are convenient, economical, cherish
and time, and the hands of housewives. But how can this affect

Specialists in Gothenburg in the children’s clinic of Queen Silvia
We examined 1000 children aged 7-8 years due to the presence of various

Few people think that today’s “epidemic” of allergic
reactions in children associated with excessive use in everyday life
various harmful substances, especially when washing dishes and washing

after washing dishes on our plates – this is nothing like household

For washing dishes in dishwashers use special
detergents containing aggressive chemicals
products that are not completely removed by 1-2 single rinses and
deposited on the dishes:

  • Phosphates
  • Alkaline salts
  • Anti-rust Additives
  • Anti-foaming agents
  • Substances that reduce the formation of drying spots on
  • Enzymes that break down fats and proteins into smaller ones

  • Perfumery, aromatic additives

These substances contribute to the development of various allergic
manifestations in children and adults. Many will say, but then with manual
washing also uses similar substances. True but sometimes without
detergents can do, for example, wash not very greasy

soda, which often happens when washing dishes in manual. But
convenience, power savings and lack of free time prevail
over logic and health care.

In addition, according to scientists at the University of Gothenburg
the automated process of washing dishes almost completely
destroys microbes from the surface of the plates, which by the “hygienic
theory of the development of the so-called “allergy epidemic” contributes
the spread of allergic diseases. This is explained by
