Useful sweets: the rules of choice

Is it possible to imagine the New Year holidays and winter holidays without
sweets? Experts of Rospotrebnadzor told how sweet
kits should be preferred.

  • Avoid confectionery with food additives,
    preservatives, homogenized fats, oils, alcohol, and
    also with apricot kernel and peanuts – strong
    allergens.
  • Biscuits, pastila and marshmallows are the safest of all
    what is on the market. There are no animals in the marshmallow
    vegetable fat, but there is a protein needed for muscles, and glucose,
    improves brain activity.
  • If sweets, then chocolate. Natural Chocolate Contains
    calcium, magnesium, potassium, bioflavonoids, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamins A,
    C, E and other antioxidants.
  • If a sweet gift is sold with a toy, it should be in
    packaging intended for contact with food.
